Tailored Design
Known as The London Cleaning Academy, the centre in Deptford in Southeast London is dedicated exclusively to provide induction and refresher courses for the company’s employees. The office design and fit out was created from scratch with the whole space tailored around the cleaning tasks their operatives need to carry out day to day.
Training facility design and fit out
Clever space-planning allowed us to provide them with a range of partitioned highly functional and attractive training areas. These specific areas are laid out to demonstrate the cleaning methods of different corporate environments, from hospitality venues to offices. This involved us installing all the surfaces and materials the operatives would be expected to clean and maintain, helping them to achieve the high standards the company is known for.
Installation of a suspended grid ceiling
The suspended grid ceiling installation was chosen to provide excellent sound insulation, while also being aesthetically pleasing. The ceiling entailed careful planning as it needed to provide accessibility for easy maintenance of all the mechanical and electrical works housed within.
Complete ‘one stop shop’ service
Our complete service was utilised in this design and build project, with work including installing a fully fitted kitchen, plasterboard walls, glass partitioning, as well as painting and decorating. Our specialist flooring team also fitted a variety of different floors, ranging from carpet tiles to vinyl, for training purposes.
