The owners of a bar in Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire decided to expand their business by taking over the tenancy of the shop next door to their premises. They wanted to create a late-night dining restaurant in the space and came to Emerald Interiors for our experience and knowledge of designing and fitting out restaurants.

Everything installed to the highest standard
Our team took care of the entire restaurant fit out project, from the removal of the existing shop fittings to fitting out and decorating the new interior. We designed and built the high-quality bespoke furniture including a bar, bench seating, tabletops and countertops, as well as ceiling panelling and wall cladding. Our skilled joiners made sure the furniture is built to last. With a high amount of footfall, durability is essential to keep the venue looking at its best.
With a focus on value engineering, we created a space that fitted the budget, the business and the experience our clients wanted to create. Now The Little Seafood Bar and Restaurant is running smoothly, and diners keep coming back.
